These North End Virginia Beach family photos were extra special. Not only did I get to take photos for our very own Jessica and her family, but Piper came along with me to be a second photographer. She’s been doing a little bit of that, and some of the photos came out great (they’re towards the bottom of the blog). I was so honored that Jessica asked me to take her family photos – after all, she’s a photographer, too. There’s something that’s so special whenever someone that takes photos asks you to take theirs.
She wanted to go to the North End of Virginia Beach – specifically, 89th Street. I’ve never done family photos there, but I was definitely up for a different location than my usual. It was the perfect spot on the perfect day. It wasn’t too hot, the kids were hilarious and awesome, and I couldn’t be happier with how the photos turned out. Piper got some pretty cool behind-the-scenes, too.
