If I’m known for anything, I bet it’s creative Virginia Beach headshots. I didn’t think that’s what I was going to end up being when I started photographing things – but here we are. When I meet people like Helen with The Course Edit, though – I know it’s exactly where I was supposed to land. Helen was a JOY to work with. She wanted to do headshots in her home – and I’m always down for that. Literally no one can copy your headshots or your vibe when you do them in your own space.
Helen has curated a really cool vibe in her house. She thrifts and collects glass and cool art. Helen even thrifts most of her clothes and puts together REALLY cool outfits that show off her personality. At the core of it, though, she’s still a professional, so we found a way to marry both her true, fun personality with that professionalism in this set of headshots. It was a BLAST to get to know her. Elizabeth Henson referred her to me, and I’m going to be forever thankful to have met such a cool human.
