I have gotten to do these Virginia therapist headshots three years in a row, and each time it just gets better. I’ve known Jey since she was at her former practice (who she’s still really good friends with!) and it’s been great to get to capture photos for her while she grows this one. Bloom + Blossom is full of love and laughter, understanding and compassion – and a lot of humor, but in the best possible way. When I think of therapy, I want it to feel real and honest – and that’s what you get with this awesome group of practitioners.
When I work with professionals like Jey, it’s always about what can help attract the right clientele, while also showcasing who they are professionally. It was great to get to use the beautiful space at Creative Well Arts Foundation in the ViBe Creative District. They had the perfect backdrop for this cool, artsy, eclectic group.
Jey always shares my sneak peeks and says that I’m magic. The truth is, though, magic in photography is easy when the people in front of your camera have fun with it.
