Glass Light Restaurant: Chef's Table Dining Experience

We loved getting to update the photos for Glass Light Hotel’s fall menu. Their dining experience is always locally sourced and chef-driven, with dishes that showcase techniques and inspiration gathered through the chefs’ travels and experiences around the world.

Glass Light Hotel is also home to a full glass art gallery, but we have to say, we think the presentation that arrives at each table is a work of art in its own right.

If you want to go beyond simply enjoying the meal, you can reserve the Chef’s Table for a more personal experience. It’s an opportunity to hear the stories behind the menu, learn more about the chef’s inspiration, and discover how each season’s dishes come together.

Of course, you’ll also get to eat your way through the menu. We think that’s a pretty good bonus.
