Wale x Smino | Concert Photography at The Dome

It has been a dream come true to get to do concert photography at The Dome in Virginia Beach. Last month, I got to photograph the Wale and Smino sold out show and it was a blast. I have been loving all the music I’ve gotten to see, learn about and photograph over the last few months at the Dome. One of the best things about the venue? It’s got a really awesome indoor-outdoor component that’s perfect on beautiful nights like this one was.

Concert photography might seem like it doesn’t fit my brand – we help small businesses. At the end of the day, though, I’m always excited to share a story, however I can. Sometimes that means taking photos of musicians fulfilling their dreams. Other times, that means seeing people have the night of their lives. Either way, this is the part of photography that I love the most – even if it might not make perfect sense as a business owner of a social media management company.
