It is always wonderful to get to photograph the crew at Cape to Coast Real Estate. I’ve known Tiffany Weaver and Chelsea Axelrod for a really long time, so seeing how they’ve grown their team to be what it is – well, it’s so special. These Coastal Virginia Realtors help people from Gloucester to Virginia Beach to Cape Charles and everywhere in between. When we update their content photos, they are always so prepared – and their coordination is always on point.
This time, we took advantage of the beautiful space at The Studio Hampton Roads in Virginia Beach. They recently updated a few of their suites, so it was the perfect spot – especially since it was a rainy day.
Content Photos Should Be Fun

You can coordinate outfits with fun colors, you can make sure you’ve got a great option regardless of weather, you can drink champagne if you want. It’s all supposed to be fun- because if it’s not, it’ll show all over your face.
