Hear me out. I will always go take photos of food. Always. That’s not just because I love food – but it’s because I love the art of making food. Let me be clear – I don’t cook. Not because I can’t (although I can’t cook like the chefs at Glass Light). I don’t cook because of time, effort, and general appreciation for those that can cook significantly better than me. When it comes to Norfolk restaurant photography, though – I’ll do that in a heartbeat. Especially for places like Glass Light Hotel.
Our team is fortunate to get to work with Glass Light Hotel on their social media and photography. That means that we get to be privy to the new menus pretty early – and it helped that a few of our crew and one of our friends stood in as models, too, so that we could showcase the food (and the restaurant) in more ways than one. People often think that Glass Light is just a date night spot (and trust me – it IS a great one) – but they’ve got great appetizers, cocktails and more that make it the perfect get together spot for friends after work. You don’t have to be dressed up – you can come as you are and eat amazing food while you’re there.
