OWN Real Estate is always coming up with great ways to create content for their Realtors. These Elizabeth City Realtor headshots were the brainchild of their agents to showcase those that are licensed in North Carolina. We made sure that went to really recognizable spots all over downtown Elizabeth City. There were 10 agents who spent 2 hours with me to update photos, then OWN coordinated a beautiful luncheon at 2 Souls Wine Bar right in the heart of downtown. I’m super pleased with how the images turned out and equally pumped for their agents.
Part of marketing is thinking ahead. We’ve had the privilege of working with OWN Real Estate since February 2020, have monthly marketing meetings with them for their social media, and regular content sessions for them. The best part of working with a marketing agency is we help take a lot of the guess work out of things. Fortunately for us, this was a great concept that we didn’t even have to plan. Their team made it happen, showed up, and I got to take cool pictures. It was a win-win for everyone.
