The owners of the new Celebree School in Virginia Beach (coming soon!) wanted to make sure that they had some colorful Virginia Beach headshots. They’re clearly professionals – she’s a former elementary school principal and he’s a civil engineer – but they like to have fun, too. That means that we spent time in ViBe Creative District (naturally) to update some great content for them for social media and marketing.
Don’t get me wrong – we started a little more buttoned-up and professional. We ended with ice cream at Lolly’s though (because who doesn’t love ice cream) and being silly in front of some of the great murals in ViBe.
You never know how you’ll meet people
When Lisa reached out, I asked how she found me. She found me through the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce’s website. We just joined in January, and it’s been great to meet so many wonderful business owners. It was cool that they saw me there, trusted me to take these photos for them – and now I’ve got new friends the next time I go to a meeting! That’s what it’s all about.
