Fun fact: Misty Saves the Day works with a good number of Virginia realtors. We even have a staff member who is completely dedicated to our realtor clients. I don’t think I would have ever guessed it when I was starting out. It just sort of happened. Organically. All on it’s own.
Now that it has happened, it feels like it was always meant to be.
It honestly makes plenty of sense. A 2018 trend report by the National Association of REALTORS found that 44% of all buyers looked online when starting the process of purchasing a home. Hell, some of us are scrolling available homes just for fun. (Don’t deny it. You have totally fallen down a real estate rabbit hole at 1 am, because there is something really fun about it.) But this isn’t really news to you. We search online for just about everything these days. Posting available homes online won’t really help you stand out – lots of realtors are already doing that. Showcasing who YOU are – how YOU stand out from all of the others – is how you make a presence.
But you can’t do that if you don’t show up.
While my team is busy creating and posting social media content for our clients, I have the pleasure of getting amazing Virginia realtors in front of my camera. Leslie Coleman is no exception. Her stunning home was the perfect location. It was only made more perfect with the occasional cameo from her dogs. Rather than fight it, we embraced them and made sure they were showcased in her gallery. If we are being honest, they are likely a consistent part of her workday anyway. Why not give them a little credit?? Be sure to scroll to the end for a face you can’t refuse!
If you are wondering how many realtors are investing in updated headshots and content for their social media, give my blog a quick scroll. You are bound to see a Virginia realtor or two in the mix. I would even be willing to bet you’ve seen a few of them during a late night realty scroll…
