I have had the pleasure of knowing @ceindydoodles for a long time. We've worked together on a silly amount of projects - from styled shoots to graphics for me to stamps for my return address label, to photos for her business. ⁠⁠

True story: there are things that fuel my soul. We've all got them.⁠

For me, it's photography. That's just the truth. I fought it for a long time. ⁠
⁠
Maybe it's because everyone wants to be a photographer and I like to push the societal norm and be just a little different.⁠
⁠
Maybe it was lack of confidence or knowledge or wanting it to just come easy.⁠
⁠
It doesn't. It didn't. ⁠
⁠
The things you don't see: fighting with Lightroom while it crashes. Questioning if there's too much orange or yellow in a photo because I don't want it to be trendy. The knowledge that not everyone will like my photos, and learning to be okay with it.⁠
⁠
People say photographers are artists. Some really, really are. Some take it to the more technical side and they use the technology of it as their form of art.⁠
⁠
I'm not sure where I stand.⁠
⁠
I just know that it fuels my soul.⁠
⁠
